Account Manager

Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting an Account Manager for my client, Sticky Smart Wallet in Carbondale, PA.

This is a full-time, ON-SITE position. There is the potential for a HYBRID work schedule in the future. Typical hours are M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Sticky Smart Wallet is an online promotional products company specializing in custom creation, decoration, and sourcing. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client communication, preparing quotes, and managing the full order lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient CRM management.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and support key negotiations.

• Communication: Demonstrate excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Characteristics: A strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively.

• Starting salary range of $55,000 - $70,000/yr. DOQ + supplemental bonus pay
