Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Business Development & Marketing professional for my client, PolyGel in Easton, PA.

This is a full-time, ON-SITE position based in Easton, PA.

About You:

  • Strategic Business Developer: You possess a deep understanding of identifying growth opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving revenue streams.

  • Product Marketing Expert: You have experience in positioning products effectively, crafting go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption.

  • Brand Management Professional: You are adept at maintaining brand consistency, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.

  • eCommerce & Retail Specialist: You have experience optimizing sales and marketing strategies for Amazon, DTC, and retail partners.

  • Innovative Problem-Solver: You utilize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform business development, product marketing, and brand strategies.

  • Collaborative Leader: You thrive in cross-functional environments and can coordinate efforts across marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

Business Development (60%):

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive company growth.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the customer base.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts and drive conversions.

Product Marketing (20%):

  • Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Brand Management (20%):

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand equity and market presence.

  • Consistency Enforcement: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer perceptions and identify opportunities for brand improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment in all aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, product marketing, or brand management within consumer goods, art supplies, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

  • Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue.

  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience in enhancing brand equity.

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, including advertising, SEO, and marketplace analytics.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
