Land Surveyor

Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Land Surveyor for our client, designBLD in Exeter, PA.

This is a full-time, ON-SITE position, which offers a very competitive compensation package (salary + benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field measurements using GPS, total stations, and levels

• Analyze survey data to establish property boundaries, topography, and related information

• Prepare surveys, maps, and reports; use AutoCAD / Civil3D for data analysis and mapping

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams

• Perform calculations involving algebra, geometry, and trigonometry

• Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and standards

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• SIT or PLS credentials are not required but are a plus; candidates actively working toward PLS licensure are encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in algebra, geometry, and trigonometry

• Familiarity with GPS technology; ability to interpret schematics and blueprints

• Proficient in CAD software

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Prior land surveying experience preferred
