Marketing Coordinator

Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for our client, designBLD in Exeter, PA.

This is a full-time, ON-SITE position, which offers a very competitive compensation package (salary + benefits).

In addition to the below qualifications, ideal candidates should be:

  • Detail-oriented self-starter, comfortable working directly with leadership

  • Able to translate technical information into clear, professional marketing language

  • Interested in long-term growth within a professional services firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with proposals, qualifications packages, and bid submissions

  • Draft, edit, and format marketing content, resumes, and project descriptions

  • Coordinate with both design team and construction team members to gather technical information for materials

  • Track RFP/RFQ opportunities and manage submission deadlines and calendar

  • Coordinate with our web developer / digital marketing consultant to finalize and launch the company website (new build — we don't currently have one), and manage ongoing content updates

  • Manage CRM (HubSpot or similar) for leads, pursuits, and marketing pipeline

  • Create and maintain new marketing materials, templates, and project databases

  • Support client presentations, interview materials, and general marketing/BD administrative needs

  • Represent the firm at industry networking events, job fairs, chamber of commerce dinners, and other community and business development functions

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Required)

  • Strong writing and editing skills; professional communication

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; personable, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships with clients, staff, and community contacts

  • Comfortable working with web developers or digital marketing consultants; familiarity with website content and basic platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) a plus

  • CRM experience, ideally HubSpot

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organization and deadline management

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience in engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services

  • Familiarity with proposal preparation or government bid processes

  • Experience with InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools
